Meet Rick Weible
Born and raised in Minnesota, moved to South Dakota in 2018. Married 27 years to Gretchen, one wonderful son Michael (SDSU Grad).
Rick is a small business owner, 29 years, in the computer consulting profession.
Serving on the Elkton, SD City Council. Precinct Committeeman Brookings County Republicans.

Speaking Up When Others Won't
Rick Weible has brought a voice of accountability and transparency to the legislature, in his testimonies to the committees in 2022, 2023 and 2024. His Election Integrity work in 2023 helped 14 new bills get signed by Gov. Noem. He spoke up for K-12 parental rights in education, property rights, crypto currency, property tax rebates and sales tax cuts, we didn't get everything we wanted in 2023, so he'll be back in 2024 to testify for more open government and stronger election integrity and security laws. And with your help he can author and co-sponsor better bills in 2025 and 2026.

Together we can ensure that South Dakota stays free from big government, crony capitalism, and over taxation.
- Let's cut the food and clothing sales tax, without increasing taxes in other areas, we will make cuts in state government.
- Let's cut 25% of the existing sales taxes going to cities and give that to the counties, in an effort to reduce County property taxes.
- Let's protect citizens property rights from eminent domain.
- Let's implement school choice and school vouchers.
